A wellness coach gets a little more in-depth by not only focusing on the physical aspect like a health coach would but in three other important spheres as well. And those are emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Design a plan to action to achieve those goals to live a healthy lifestyle.
It's no secret - fitness training has been proven to prevent disease, strengthen your health and improve your confidence and outlook on life. As an ISSA student working toward my certification to be a trainer, I'm learning about everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics.
